Free Shipping: We offer complimentary Priority USPS shipping for orders over $200 within the US. Please note that all Free Shipping offers apply to US addresses only, unless otherwise specified.

Fast Dispatch: All orders are shipped from our US warehouse within 24-48 hours. If your order is placed on weekends or holidays, it will be shipped on the following business day.

Express Options: For those needing expedited delivery, we offer Priority Express shipping (overnight USPS). Additionally, FedEx shipping options will soon be available. Stay tuned for updates!

Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a “Package Shipped” email notification containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery’s progress.

Flexible Rates: Please note that shipping rates and options, including free shipping, may be subject to change without prior notice.

Returns and Refunds

Cancellation: If your order has not yet shipped, you can request to cancel it by reaching out to us at support@retadirect.com. 

Refund Period: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
